Careers with Us

We have a fantastic team at Hedges. Our core value of 'making a difference' sits at the heart of all we do, and we recruit people who share that passion.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest possible level of service to our clients. To do that, we need people who don't just understand the law but really know how to deliver it to clients, who understand that lawyers are lucky to have clients, not the other way around. We hire lawyers who offer more than just legal knowledge, and quite simply just "get it".

We're looking for a real star, someone who will take this team and fly. An ambitious, intelligent and capable team leader to grow and strengthen this team, taking it to the next level.
