If you feel Court is the only way forward you may think you need a barrister.  Barristers are specialist advocates who will present a case in court on behalf of a solicitor’s client all the way up to the Supreme Court if need be.

You may not know but all of our solicitors have the same rights as barristers to represent you if your case is being heard in either the County or Magistrates court.  We regularly appear before the local Judges representing our clients in Children Act and Family Law Act hearings and financial proceedings. 

If your case progresses, it may be appropriate to instruct a barrister on your behalf. This may be the most effective way for you to have your case presented.
