The Court of Protection deals with the affairs of people who do not have the capacity to do so themselves. If you have a family member who has lost capacity and does not have either an Enduring or a Lasting Power of Attorney, then we can help by applying to the Court for a Deputy (a person who can act for the incapacitated person) to be appointed. We can also advise and help generally with applications to the Court.
