It’s important that we get the right candidate for the right job and so we tailor our recruitment process accordingly. Whilst we will work with recruitment agents to fulfil our aim, we do so by invitation only. We will look to agree mutually acceptable terms prior to you being actively engaged in the recruitment process. We do not accept speculative CVs and would request that you work with us by only sending us CVs when we have requested you to do so. Our posting of a vacancy on our website is not an invitation for agents to send CVs in relation to that role, unless the agency has been specifically appointed to assist us in that recruitment process.
Please note that if you do send us a speculative or unsolicited CV then we will treat it as an unconditional free gift and our property. We will not be liable to pay your fees should we choose to contact the candidate directly and engage them. Please also note that if you send a speculative or unsolicited CV, that in no way establishes your right to representation of that candidate nor entitlement to any fee or other remuneration should we subsequently receive a CV for the same candidate, directly from the candidate or from another agent we have engaged in the recruitment process.
If you choose to send us an unsolicited or speculative CV, by doing so you are agreeing to the terms above which shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms you may seek to impose in the contract between us. Any such contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
